As the CEO of Calibrate HCM, Dan leads a team dedicated to transforming human capital management. Our focus on strategic planning and tailored solutions for our clients has driven our growth and enhanced the value we provide. Outside of work, I am an avid golfer and enjoy spending quality time with my family hiking and engaging in other outdoor activities.
Tony Buffolino
COO
Tony Buffolino oversees CalibrateHCM’s operations as our Chief Operating Officer and has over 10 years of Payroll and HCM software experience. Tony has a robust background in the Payroll and HCM software space where he has held significant leadership roles in both product management and software implementation. Prior to joining the CalibrateHCM Team, Tony served as the Executive Vice President of Product for Paycom where he oversaw product management, product design, and international strategy. Tony has his MBA in Executive Communication from Baylor University, and is also PMP and Lean Six Sigma Certified. Tony’s responsibilities at CalibrateHCM include oversight of all Data Migration Projects and Consulting Services.
