Dan Rackley

As the CEO of Calibrate HCM, Dan Rackley leads a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming human capital management through strategic planning and innovative solutions. With over 10 years of experience in the HCM industry, Dan leverages his deep expertise to guide clients toward meaningful, measurable outcomes. Dan earned his MBA from Azusa Pacific University, an experience that shaped his approach to leadership and reinforced his belief in the power of continuous growth. Outside of work, Dan enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending quality time outdoors with his wife, two children, and their golden retriever.
Tony Buffolino
COO
Tony Buffolino oversees CalibrateHCM’s operations as our Chief Operating Officer and has over 10 years of Payroll and HCM software experience. Tony has a robust background in the Payroll and HCM software space where he has held significant leadership roles in both product management and software implementation. Prior to joining the CalibrateHCM Team, Tony served as the Executive Vice President of Product for Paycom where he oversaw product management, product design, and international strategy. Tony has his MBA in Executive Communication from Baylor University, and is also PMP and Lean Six Sigma Certified. Tony’s responsibilities at CalibrateHCM include oversight of all Data Migration Projects and Consulting Services.
